Along with a progressive interval program, I'll tell you how and when to perform these workouts for the best results.
  4. Aerobic Training: Traditional cardiovascular training is the last piece of the fat burning puzzle. It's great to burn off a few extra calories. While aerobic training alone is one of the worst things you can do to lose fat, combine it with the three things mentioned above and you've got a great program. I'll show you when and how to do your aerobic training for the most benefit.

 Unlike many other trainers I offer both 30 and 45 minute sessions. I've been doing this long enough to know that most people do not need an hour of training to see great results. Instead of charging you for a one hour session I prefer to spend 30 to 45 minutes on weight training, then let you finish up with 15-30 minutes of interval training. You get a quick, effective workout and you save money by not paying for the entire hour.
