NAMI Family Support Groups are peer-led support groups for adults with a loved one who experiences mental health challenges. They offer from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. NAMIâs support groups follow a structured model, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be heard and to get what they need. They are free and confidential. North Buncombe Chilly Challenge 8K, 1-Mile Fun Run and Chili Cook-Off

Make your leap day 2020 memorable by signing up for the 8th annual Chilly Challenge 8K Race & 1-Mile Fun Run and Chili Cook-off in Weaverville, NC. Runners will enjoy a brisk scenic run and post-race celebration that includes a tasty chili lunch, live music and fantastic prizes. For runners and walkers of all ages, this event is hosted by the North Buncombe Middle School PTO to raise funding for the school. The race begins on February 29th at 10 a.m.
